Investment Renovation Loan
Buying an investment property and considering a renovation loan. Been educating myself for years through podcasts, books, and experiences... but I feel like I've never heard an example of someone using a renovation loan for an investment. I have experiences with 203k loans and other owner-occupied renovation loans, but does anyone have an experience they'd like to share using a renovation loan on an investment property?
