Insurance claims made on a property
Hi, I have got inspection done on an investment property that I have made an offer on. Inspector let me know that there are signs of roof shingles damage and water leaks inside in a few places. This is a 2006 built property.
I would like to know if there is a way to get a report on the insurance claims made on this property.
I'd appreciate any guidance that I can get.
