@Masood UL Hassan I currently own and have rented a property in Ocala FL as well as Hollywood FL. Currently building a new build 4/3 in Cape Coral that was around $265k all in, and post construction appraisals are currently coming back at $340k to $410k depending on the property location. I financed It through 10% down (about $30k all together with closing costs), and plan to possibly cash out refi once the construction is done to pull my capital plus some back out. Rents are currently at $2300/mo or so but have grown by about $400 in the last 6 months. Cape Coral is a haven for people flocking to Florida from other states to escape the prices. Send me a message if you’d like to connect! Good luck!
