Condemned property process
Aloha BP community!
We recently came across a rental property in Shelby County, Tennessee that we are planning on rehabbing; However, the property is in condemnation. We were wondering if anyone has had any experience with this scenario and could provide some insight to how long the transition out of condemnation would take and if there are any fees associated with this process. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
