Looking for advice on inheriting a property
Hello everyone,
I have a problem that I’m hoping someone can help me out with. My dad passed away and didn’t leave a will. He owned a duplex that I would like to take over, but I’m not sure what steps I need to take in order to accomplish this. I do have siblings, but they don’t seem interested in doing anything with the property. Any advice would be great. Thank you!
