Reverse mortgage foreclosure

Hi BP family,

I am looking to purchase a property that has is under a reverse mortgage foreclosure. It went for auction and did not sell and is now listed on the MLS.

The property has been on the MLS for about 30 days. It needs cosmetics repairs throughout but overall seems to be in good condition.

Any particular red flags I should be looking out for?

I appreciate your assistance in advance.
