Fannie Mae Homepath

Hi,

I really think that Fannie Mae overprice their listings and they make really hard with offers. Sometimes I put offers on those listings then I do not get any response then I find out the same listing is under contract for an amount lower than my offer that I had sent. I do not understand what is going on...

By going after only publicly listed properties in this market, you're pitting yourself against hundreds of other investors who are just as serious as you are...hard to compete there...

I'd recommend marketing for off-market properties or finding another city where there is a lot less investor competition...
