Abandoned Junk in a purchase

Norman Lee
Posted

I just bought a house from a wholesale in Dallas TX.   The house seems to be abandoned.  I know in landlord tenant law I have to store this stuff.  It’s a former hoarder house.

But if I bought the house as-is, can I technically throw all this stuff away?

Frisco.....it was on MLS for a while I think at $189,000? Why buy from a wholesaler? Actually still shows active. Highest and best due Sunday midnight.
