Land Development for Multi-Family

Hi, BP community.  I am an investor down in Centra Florida and am currently exploring land development for Multi-family.  I am looking for resources that provide an outline of the steps required to go through this process.  From the due diligence phase all the way through construction.  I am very familiar with the process for acquiring and analyzing an existing structure but have no experience building something from the ground up.  If anyone can share some insights, resources or be willing to hop on a call it would be greatly appreciated.
