Investing with college age children
My oldest child is about to enter college at the same time I am considering entering into the real estate investing market. Any advice about entering into a partnership with a dependent child to purchase an investment property together? Can a child purchase a primary residence and remain a dependent of their parents for tax purposes? Does anyone have experience with success in this type of investment?
