Getting a Mortgage without a full time job
Does anyone have any knowledge on if it is possible to get a mortgage without having income from a job? For example, would it be possible to get a mortgage on a property, rent out the property and use the rental income to pay off the mortgage monthly, then travel or do something that doesn't create any extra income.
