Typical Hard Money Costs
I'm looking at borrowing some money for a deal from a friend and I told him I'd pay the going hard money rate to make it fair. Problem is, I don't know the going rate. I know it varies but I'd appreciate an idea of the points and rates from a few people so I can put together my proposal and budget. Many thanks,
