Business Ideas for Brick and Mortar building
Hi
I have a client with a building he owns with no debt on it; looking to start some sort of wholesale business within the space. It is only 2800 SF but has 20 foot high ceilings so I was thinking he could buy in bulk. Anyone want to help me brainstorm what businesses might work for this industrially zoned space. It is very close to a major highway, home depot, and a main road with hundreds of commercial and retail businesses on it.
He and I were thinking that buying in bulk for a niche market at storing it there might be a good idea.
