How to “FSBO” for the first time

Hey everyone, we’re currently looking to sell our home in the North Dallas area. We are  looking for anyone who could help/explain to us how a for sale by owner deal is done, as well as what potential pit falls to avoid. We’d really like to avoid paying pay so much on realtor fees if it all possible. Does anyone know a good real estate attorney we should reach out to?
