So i understand the basic of a subject to. My question is how to find those homes? Can you make a subject to happen if the house is already on the market? Can you do this on foreclosure? This might sound dumb to the experts but i know a lot of newbies wonder the same thing.

Any tips or have anyone done this type of deal?
