LLC vs. corp vs. trust.
I don't mind paying uncle sam but I want to pay the minium possible. Any suggestions will be helpful. I am closing on my first property next week. I'ts under my name which is a bit risky from my understading from a few post I read. So I have to settup a company or trust of some sort to do this. Please help
