Good places to find deals?

Hello, I'm looking to buy a house for my family in Hillsboro/Beaverton, OR. Where are some possible places can I find good deals on houses besides Zillow and Trulia? I'm planning on buying a house as my primary residence, living there for a few years then renting it out. 

I appreciate your replies in any ways. I'm looking to connect so message or reach out if you want! I'm happy to help when I can too. 

If this is not an approriate post, please lmk and I'll take it down. I don't mean to do any deals on here, just wanna ask for trusted places to find deals.
