BRRRR in West Virginia
Hi, I started real estate investing 2 years ago and have 5 long term out of state units so far. Now, want to get my foot wet with BRRRR. Was looking at Berkeley county in West Virginia. Liked the decent population growth, it's location between 3 states. Vicinity to DC, many distribution centers(business friendly), low property tax and landlord friendly etc. If any one has done BRRRR in the county in the last one year, could you please share your experience? My budget would be around 50k.would also like to connect with wholesalers in the area.Thanks!
