Buying flip under dba in Texas ?

I am in Texas and would like to buy a fix and flip from a whole seller. I looked into a llc for all future fix and flips but I see there is a 30 day waiting period. I would like to close this deal this weak. Is there anyways I could buy this property under my existing dba? Also using a hard money lender.

Either way should be fine. There is no 30 day waiting period for an LLC and you can secure one online in a couple of days
