Hello,

I have 2 SFH properties in Austin, Texas titled in personal name.

I'm looking to move them to their individual LLCs but the current mortgage lender won't allow transfer to LLC and the 'due on sale's clause will trigger.

Based on my limited knowledge and info, looks like I need a portfolio lender that will have some higher interest but will allow LLC.

Looking to find local mortgage broker contacts for shopping around for the lender that will allow titling in LLC name.

Any info is appreciated.
