As a foreign investor seeking investment in the Orlando area I talk to a lot of brokers and marketing companies who provide me information that is slightly different from one another.
I wish to contact with a local real estate person for a mini consulting
I don't need a full support, just someone how could tell me if the property and rental price are correct (More or less) and if the area is rentable
