Tracking and Booking Costs BRRRR

BP Community,

What do you all use for tracking and booking costs and expenses for BRRRRs and Flips? 

I am using excel, which is fine but once there are a lot of properties it gets a bit tedious (especially the way I have my excel set up). 

I am slightly OCD (!), so would like to find something clean, streamlined and quick.

@Christopher Moloney - you could try Stessa or some other online accounting software. It's a logical step up from spreadsheets.
