Who can file a Notice to Perform
Currently, I requested my buying agent to send a Notice to Perform to the Seller for additional disclosures and other details regarding past remodels but the agent is reluctant to do so.
In this case, can I send that form to the selling agent or seller? or only the buying agent can send this form? or can I find a real estate lawyer to send this form?
