Hello, everyone. Just received word that my bid was accepted by HUD. I'm waiting for the contractor's estimate in terms of repair costs. It's in the lovely section of Pennsport in South Philadelphia. The address is 149 Pierce Street, 19148. I need your feedback, Philly investors!

Your letting the deal go because HUD wants you to send in the correct earnest money amount? Why?
