Houston Section 8/Affordable Housing
Hi does anyone own section 8 rentals in Houston Texas? I am looking to acquire some class C/B units and am considering section 8. I have a few questions and would love to hear your experience:
1. Are the rates listed on Houston Housing authority the rates you are guaranteed to get for you unit based on # bedrooms and zip codes?
2. Do you ever have problems finding tenants? Aka issues with vacancies?
3. Any general advice?
