BP Calculator - Add PMI Feature?

Question

What are your thoughts on adding a PMI estimator into the BP calculator? I work with a lot of house hackers and the calculator does not accurately assess PMI. Wondering if other's experience this and if BP can make a small adjustment to their calculator so you can take this into account.
