Mail Letter for deals

Does anyone have a good template for mailing owners of distressed house or property? I can't come up with one on my own.

Your letter will sound scammy. That is what unsolicited letters sound like.

BUT I still send postcards & letters. AND I also have a website and a few Facebook pages, I write a blog, I network with tons of people. I give lots of great advice on BiggerPockets. At least 2000 people have voted for my posts.

My point is that you need to send out letters. They will sound cheesy. But dont make that the only way that you are looking for deals. Look for them 20 different ways. As you find the one that works better for YOU, do that one more.

Dont worry so much, JUST DO IT.
