Hey everyone! Im looking for a good investing savvy realtor to buy a property. I've talked to a few and it seems like no one want's to answer their phones past 3pm, or it takes days to receive comps/rent roll (if I even hear back from the realtors). Im just looking for a multi family from duplex-quadplex in order to use my VA loan. If anyone can help me out, that will be much appreciated! (San Antonio area)
