Funny listing pictures

There was a thread going recently about the ridiculous pics that some Realtors use in their listings. Thought I'd start another one showing actual pictures since I came across this one while searching today. Why even show this picture? Maybe Realtors can give a reason?

The only verbiage in this listing said "would make a great horse property'....

@Bruce Woodruff  definitely keep the stair carpet--you need to maintain the aesthetic flow with the carpeted bathroom :)
