Turnkey providers? Do they work on weekends?

Wondering if these people work on weekends? Am wanting to resolve an issue as soon as possible, and need to know if I'm good to expect a phone call/email back on weekends?

It's interesting how many investors expect those in real estate to be available 24/7/365.

@Gloria C., most office people are not working weekends, likely including most property management employees of the turnkey provider, but they should have 24/7 maintenance on staff for emergencies.
