Hey guys My name is Audrey and I live in Charlotte NC. I wanted to reach out to anyone on here who can help me get information on how to obtain a purchase agreement to use when wholesaling houses. I have not been successful in finding a contract document that is sufficent enough to use. Any help would be GREAT!!!
