Multifamily Real Estate! Need your advice!
Hey everyone,
My Wife and I are small business owners and looking to increase our income in order to achieve our lifestyle goals!!!
Our first goal is to purchase a duplex or fourplex in order to occupy a unit and become landlords. Even if we break even with passive income on this first deal, it'd be a pleasure to have free rent.
I'd love to hear from anyone who pursued this path or is living it now. What, if anything, would you do differently? What worked? What didn't? Anything would be appreciated. Looking forward to contributing and becoming a part of this community.
