Vacant Land/Lot Funding
Good Evening, I've found a vacant lot for sale and wish to purchase it however I don't have the asking price in cash. I've exhausted contacting all the common resources for traditional financing from banks and credit unions etc. in search of someone who finances these types of purchases to no avail. Can anyone point me in the right direction to lenders who actually fund land/lot purchases?
