Fix N Flip Gap Funding/Private Lender
Hello, I've found a 4bed 1bath, cosmetic flip for sale and wish to purchase it however I don't have the down payment/closing costs in cash. I've exhausted contacting all the common resources for gap funding. In search of someone who finances these types of purchases deal. Can anyone point me in the right direction to lenders/mentors who's willing to invest in this deal?
