I'm wanting to figure out what kind of course or coaching I need to figure out how to scale in 2023. I know how to purchase homes and how to estimate costs of rehab repair. I understand the real estate market. I struggle with getting flips done quickly. I'm looking to hire a manager to over see the houses.
