Quick Question on limited power of attorney

Hi BP, just a quick Question.

Would i be able to sign the Limited Power of Attorney using Electronic Signature & handing it to the Title Company instead of giving the Real Estate Agent, as the title company is supposedly a neutral party and would not do something funny unlike "someone" who might abuse the document & replicating it.

I would like to ask if HUD can accept approved package submitted using my electronic signature when bidding for Bank-Owned Properties?

Thanks for the help! :)
