2nd home loan questions
Hello bigger pockets. I was wondering about getting a second home and using it for an investment property but my lender said it couldn’t be used as a air b&b or a rental at all. I thought as long as you lived in it for 2 weeks out of the year you could rent it out the rest of the time? I am wanting to go 2 nd home/vacation home for the 10 percent down.
