Do I need to wait until the inspection period is over to close?
As a buyer, do I need to wait until the inspection period is over to close?
It’s an all cash sale. I have a 30-day inspection period (which ends January 30) with the ability to close ON OR BEFORE February 22.
Could I close in 2 weeks (January 25) after title is clear?

You can shorten that in your contract. If I am buying cash sometimes I will just make the inspection period 5 days then close the next week. The fastest I have ever closed a deal was in a week. A 3-day inspection then closed 2 days later.
