Hey Folks,

Can anyone offer their opinion on commercial condo investing? I am looking at an opportunity that seems interesting but I have never had a commercial condo before. I have owned in a residential PUD and they seem comparable. How hard is it to finance? I can buy all cash and refi later if need be.
