Where to invest
Hello everyone!! I will be stationed in Albany in June. I am unfamiliar with the area but I am looking to purchase and eventually turn the house into a rental when I leave in 3 years to my next duty station. I know the property taxes are really high and Saratoga county is looking appealing. What are your thoughts on the surrounding areas/counties of Albany, where to invest and where to avoid. Any and all advice, tips and pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
