Properties to stay away from

I’ve come across properties that at first, look like a good investment.  Basement issues scares me the most.  What would be red flags or expensive projects in a rental property to stay away from?

 I never buy a property with major structural issues. Just move on as I get 20 deals a week sent to me from there
