Water shut off in basement cold storage
Is it code to install the water shutoff and run the supply water lines in the cold storage in the basement? The temperature is 40 degrees Fahrenheit out there and I am worried what would happen if the temperature drops below 20 degrees. Should I have the builder fix this and how? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
