Hi guys,

I have a quick question maybe someone can help me out with given a lot of you guys are way more seasoned then I am. I live near (walking distance) a neighborhood where the houses are great but there is this one boarded up house amongst these very nice houses. I'm just thinking there's got to be something I can with that house. Any got experience with this ?
