Remote landlord best options
Does anyone have any recommendations on how to best start out as a remote landlord? I live in CA and I have little to no interest in buying rental properties in my area. I do however wish to buy property in areas that have not only cheaper home prices but also higher rent to purchase ratios. Thanks in advance for any and all input.
