potential Rental in pittsburgh

Hello, I am wondering if any has/does own property in Pennsylvania? I am thinking of buying a rental there but Im not familiar with the market. Looking for some insight.

IMO... McKeesport is a pretty tough area especially if you don't have local management. Rents are and per capita income are low. There are some decent neighborhoods in McKeesport but those are few.
