Thoughts on "5-over-1" appreciation value?
Hello everyone, I am looking to purchase a property in the greater Boston area. It is near impossible to get good cashflow on units here so I am mainly focusing on long-term appreciation. Do you see 5-over-1 style apartment buildings as a good purchase for this purpose? The reason I don't see them appreciating significantly is because they are everywhere, especially in gentrified millennial-y areas like urban Boston. What are your thoughts?
