Some investors have reached out to me asking about STOA and possibly getting together to file a class action lawsuit against them.

If you have been effected by STOA's recent changes, and are stuck with contracts that they backed out on, please contact me. I know there are a lot of people effected by this, and we need to build an alliance to resolve this matter through legal channels.

I have 1 house aswell with them they delayed inspections for and now we are stuck with, any updates on a class action? It seem Stoa was shutdown 9 months ago...

Yes, we would like to jump on the class action lawsuit. We purchased 5 houses with Flipos/ Stoa in 2022. Flipos/ Stoa purchase none of the houses.  We sold two houses, but still have 3 we got stuck with.

Hello Arthur, I’m in the same boat and currently stuck with a property that STOA agreed to re-purchase. A company by the name of “Saluda Grade” contacted me explaining they took over their debts however, they are not buying back the property as we originally agreed with STOA.

How can I support the class action lawsuit?

They refused to repurchase two from me, which had me worried, but I ended up selling each of them for 30-40K more than I was going to sell to them for, so they did me a favor... poor decision making all around.

They my not close I had the same issue.  I had to refinance out the deal

I am still in possession of a home that they were to close on in January.  Fingers crossed that it closes soon and keep my losses a little lower.
