Closing with no title insurance
Does anyone have a recommendation for a title company who would close without the buyer purchasing title insurance? I have an all-cash deal. All documents signed -no escrow, no option. Very simple transaction but the buyer does not want title insurance and I’m finding that most title companies will not do the closing. Any recommendations?
