Institutional or Hedge Fund Buyers
Hi! I have 5 properties I'm trying to sell in Pittsburgh, one owner, and the goal is to sell them as a package - does anyone have advice for locating large institutional or hedge fund buyers? I've posted to some FB groups and reached out to agents but haven't had much luck. Any advice / suggestions would be so appreciated!!
