Finding Deals - Question
Hello All,
I am a brand new investor looking for long-term rentals (duplex, triplex, quadplex) in Florida. Currently working with a broker, but noticing a trend of each property analysed all come in with revenue losses. Even when dropping price significantly, lucky to see a break even or very minor profit. I'm not investing for appreciation so none of this is making sense.
Is this the current trend? Any recommendations?
I've analysed about 115 deals, all with same result.
